Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once the shipping process has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.


Return Period
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.


Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition
  • Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return
  • The item should be returned, if possible, in its original packaging
  • Hygiene products (such as underwear, lingerie, and swimwear) cannot be returned

Return Shipping Costs

Refunds
