Order Processing
Orders are shipped as quickly as possible after confirmation. Any order placed before 11:00 PM is shipped the same day.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase, as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once the shipping process has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
